This was my second photoshoot with Tessa, founder of The Art of Insight and Our Mindful Youth.

Tessa is I'm a Mental Health Clinician on a mission to empower the women around her. She has a background in Occupational Therapy, Art Therapy, Yoga and meditation, and uses her skills to host workshops, circles, one on one sessions and online courses.

Our first photoshoot was out in the bush while this was was much closer to home. In fact, it was AT her home, more specifically in her backyard. It’s amazing what a giant wattle tree, some green plants and white sheet can do for a minimalist but fun and relaxed shoot.
