Meet Lindsay Braid. Lindsay is a naturopath dedicated to empowering and educating people to achieve clear, healthy skin from within. She is guided by the belief that true beauty starts from the inside out, and she is devoted to providing compassionate and customised care that not only targets acne, but nurtures overall well-being. Her mission is to guide clients toward sustainable, long-term skin health.

She loves educating women about their bodies, food, and nutrition - and ultimately empowering them to know and trust what they need.

Lindsay has just moved back to Torquay after spending 12 years in Sydney, and we’re lucky to have her on the coast! Her brand shoot focused on creating new imagery that captured her warm, caring, and confident essence. 💛
