Since that first shoot, so much has evolved. Liz’s business has grown alongside her motherhood journey, and her purpose has deepened in the most beautiful way.
After becoming a mama herself, Liz saw firsthand just how much pressure is placed on women to “get it right”—especially when it comes to food. The endless Googling, conflicting advice, and overwhelming noise can leave women feeling more confused than supported.
That’s why Liz does what she does now. She’s built her business around helping women feel their best from preconception to postpartum, creating a safe, judgment-free space where mamas (and soon-to-be mamas) can ask questions, get real answers, and feel fully supported in nourishing themselves and their little ones.
This branding shoot was about more than headshots. It was about storytelling. We wanted to capture Liz’s evolution, her message, and the quiet strength of motherhood. Nourishment, care, and connection.
