Personal Branding Photoshoot: Tessa Lloyd - The Art of Insight
The universe put this joyful goddess in my orbit last month and I could not be more grateful.
This is Tessa (@tessalloyd) a barefoot walking, open-space loving, mental health occupational therapist. She's the Creatress of not one, but TWO incredible programs including The Art of Insight, which encourages women to access their truth and live in alignment, and Our Mindful Youth, which provides children and young people in the Geelong area access to programs that promote mindfulness, creativity, and connection.
This is a woman who continues to do deep personal work not just for herself, but so she can show up and support other women and share the life-changing tools she's learned along the way. 💛
Tessa reached out to me because she’s in the process of creating a program called Mind Rising, which is all about taking a deep dive into your heart and soul, and learning empowerment tools for the mind. The course will cover topics including; meditation, sitting with your shadow self, breathwork, getting out into nature, and so much more.
